Worship Goddess…Girls get Abused Everywhere
There are more than one lakh Goddess, which are worshiped by
Indians. Indian citizens worship female Gods but do they really obey woman or
girls as child? The irony lies here. The situation of girl child in lower
classes resides in pathetic condition. I am here to tell some Incident
Published in newspaper some years ago.
Incident1: a girl named saraswati used to live in remote
village of Wes Bengal near sundarban region. Her father was a poor fisher man,
the only earning member of eight member’s family. He had 8 siblings. She was
eldest among them when her age was 14 a flood came to their village and all
properties they have was gone away with the water of river. It became harder
for her father to feed children, child traffickers always seek chances. Two men
went to her father and convinced in a way let his daughter could get a better life
if you would agree sell her. He did so. First she had been transferred to brothel
near Kolkata, then she had been imported to Mumbai then Dubai. In this
intermediate period she have grownup, 25year old. But in 25 her life had ended.
He was totally broken and since she had no more usage had been return to her
village. Her family who compelled her to enter a profession of sex worker. They
tagged her as prostitute and rejected her. Now she is in an NGO. What’s are
fault? Can any one answer? Being female child is a fault or born in poor
family. Oh, yes, mind it Saraswati is the name of Goddess of Education in
Bengal.
Incident2: Even before seeing the sunlight of this world
girl child rather female foetuses are never safe, a woman named Kalavati used
lived in Uttar Pradesh gave birth to female child successively 3 times her
mother in law killed three children successively after their birth. And she is
also a woman herself. She worn Kalavati if she wouldn’t give birth to a made
child next time there result was going to be very bad. Unfortunately she again
became pregnant and her husband to her to determine the sex of foetus and again
the foetus was female. That night was the last night of Kalavati, her mother in
law burnt her with the foetus in her womb.
Incident3: Assuming the condition of girls in remote
villages, don’t assume the city girls are very safe. They are not eve safe at
their home there was a 12 year girl single child of her parent’s student of an eminent
school of Kolkata, durgapuja was ringing the bell. One autumny afternoon her
parents went on shopping left her alone in her home. After returning, they
found their Girl Dead and senseless. They instantly took her to hospital. Just
before the day she died, she was able to tell her parents who did this. This
was eventually more shocking to her parents. Who the criminal was do you want
to know? Her own uncle.
We worship Sara
Swati, Kali, Laxmi, Durga throughout the passing year. And the irony is girls
are not safe even at their home.
